The Opportunity
As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive key commercial and operational initiatives. Your mission is to support business development efforts, oversee performance management activities, and ensure operational excellence across client engagements. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited for an ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial junior professional eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team in preparing client offers, presentations, and proposals for new business
- Assist in onboarding and overseeing active client engagements to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational KPIs across teams; propose insights and improvements
- Coordinate internal performance reviews and support resource planning, process improvements, and execution tracking
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and materials for executive meetings and investor communications
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, taking on strategic projects in support of company growth
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between commercial, delivery, and operations teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier business school
- Previous internship or work experience in high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startup, VC/PE)
- Excellent analytical skills and business judgment
- Fluency in English (written & spoken); Spanish a plus
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Exceptional drive and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience or interest in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to CRM or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Jira)
- Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial background
