The Opportunity
As a Service Delivery Lead you will join our Delivery team, taking ownership of the services and client relationships for a portfolio of assigned clients in the field of infrastructure and communications, where we take end-to-end responsibility for their systems and network.
You will act as the technical-executive interlocutor between your clients and the team, with the experience and technical judgement to set the bar on projects, anticipate problems, and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Project delivery: Execute and/or manage infrastructure projects end-to-end—planning, resources, risks, and budget.
Service ownership: Define and track service KPIs and SLAs, and build your own dashboards. We provide AI subscriptions to speed up reporting, analysis, and automation, integrating them with our ticketing and reporting systems.
Client management: Run the biweekly service review meetings with the client and present at steering committees (SteerCo).
Team leadership: Manage the technical team assigned to projects—task assignment, follow-up, and unblocking—ensuring commitments are met on time.
Technical oversight: Review HLDs/LLDs, challenge architecture decisions, and set quality standards for deliverables.
Proactive management: Anticipate problems, risks, and deviations before they impact the client.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
At least 7 years executing projects in virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V), Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, clustering, migrations and version upgrades), remote desktops (Citrix/AVD/RDS), backup and storage
Hands-on networking experience: switching (VLANs, routing, spanning-tree) and firewall management
ITIL, PMP, or similar certification
Experience preparing executive presentations and presenting to client leadership
Organized, structured, and analytical profile, with initiative and ownership: you define what needs to be done rather than waiting for instructions
Fluent English skills (spoken and written) and Spanish; German is a plus
Nice-to-Have
Relevant technical certifications (Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto Networks NGFW Engineer — former PCNSE — or similar)
Knowledge of Azure and hybrid cloud environments (Entra ID, networking, IaaS)
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industrial environments
Previous experience in IT services/consulting firms managing clients with end-to-end responsibility for their infrastructure
What Makes You Successful Here
You are a self-driven and structured professional who thrives on client responsibility. You combine technical judgement with executive communication, enjoy making things happen through your team, and take pride in delivering services that keep critical operations running.
